GenshiのTutorial日本語訳0(はじめに)

WEB関係にはかなり、うといですが、身近で使っているTracのテンプレートエンジンを使っていこうと決めたので、英語力が低いですが、気合いで訳していきます。突っ込み歓迎です。（というかください）m(_ _)m（日本語と英語、両方並べていますが、日本語だけの方がいいのかな？）
